Col. Neil Khatod
Colonel Neil K. Khatod currently serves as the ARCYBER G36 (Director of the Unified Network Defense). His specific duties include synchronizing the DODIN defense, overseeing the Command Cyber Readiness inspections, and oversight over enterprise-level services.
Colonel Khatod received his commission through the United States Military Academy at West Point where he graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and French. He also has advanced degrees from the University of Oklahoma (Masters in Human Relations), the University of Maryland (Masters in Information Technology), and the National War College (Masters in National Strategy and Policy).
His military education includes the Signal Officer Basic Course, United States Marine Corps Command and Control Systems Course, Combined Arms and Services Staff School, US Army Command and General Staff College, Argentine Escuela de Guerra (Command and Staff College), and the National War College. He is also a graduate of the Airborne and Jumpmaster courses.

Colonel Khatod has had the fortunate opportunity to serve as an ally while posted in Argentina and Germany. His foreign decorations include the German Proficiency Badge (Bronze), the German Cross (Silver), the Argentine Airborne badge, the Argentine General Staff Badge, and the Argentine Medal for Military Fraternity.
